Booking & Prices

  • Are water and electricity included in the price?

    Water is included. Electricity is charged separately based on consumption at XCG 1.10 per kWh. Upon arrival and departure, we record the meter readings. You can settle this amount at check-out by debit card or in cash.

  • Do I need to pay a deposit?

    No, we do not require a deposit.


  • Is the final cleaning included?

    Yes, for stays longer than 7 nights, the final cleaning is included.

Check-in & Your Stay

  • How does check-in work?

    Check-in is always personal.

    We take your arrival time into account, even in the evening.

    Please come directly to the park after you arrive on Curaçao.


  • What time is check-out?

    Check-out is at 10:30. Late check-out may be possible. Just ask at reception.



  • Can I store my luggage after check-out?

    Yes, you can safely leave your bags in our storage room.


  • Is smoking allowed inside the accommodation?

    No, all accommodations are non-smoking.


  • Are pets allowed?

    No, pets are not allowed on the park.

  • Is there air-conditioning?

    Yes, all bedrooms are air-conditioned.

    Living rooms are equipped with ceiling fans.



  • Is WiFi available?

    Yes, throughout the entire park.

    We offer fast fiber-optic internet, ideal for working remotely or streaming.


  • Are towels and bed linen included?

    Yes. Towels can always be exchanged for clean ones. Additional cleaning or extra bed linen is available for an additional fee.

  • Which type of plug should I bring and what voltage is used?

    In the 3-room Superior apartments and in the villas, the voltage is 220 V with European (Dutch) plugs. In the 2-room and 3-room apartments, the voltage is 127 V with flat plugs. It is useful to bring a travel adapter.

Facilities on the Park

  • Is there a swimming pool?

    Yes, all guests can use the pool and sunbeds free of charge.



  • Is the park secure?

    Yes, the park is accessible to guests only and is discreetly secured, so you can enjoy a peaceful and safe stay.



  • Do you have a BBQ available?

    Yes, we always have a BBQ you can borrow. Just ask at reception.



  • Can I rent a beach towel?

    At the reception desk, you can rent beach towels for XCG 12.50 per beach towel, per use.

  • Can I do my laundry?

    Yes, for a small fee you can do your laundry at the reception, provided a washing machine is available.

  • How far is The Pearl of the Caribbean from the airport?

    About a 20-minute drive from Hato Airport.



  • Which navigation app works best?

    You can simply navigate to the park.

    If you prefer offline navigation, the Maps.me app works very well on Curaçao.


  • How far are the supermarkets?

    Small minimarket: 5 minutes by car

    Large supermarkets, including Mangusa Hypermarket: 10 minutes by car

    (Mangusa is the largest supermarket on the island)


  • Can I rent a car through you?

    We work with a reliable local partner. The car can be delivered to the park or the airport. You can book directly at their website.

  • What is there to do nearby?

    Our park is close to several unique attractions, including:

    • Serena’s Art Factory
    • Aloe Vera Farm
    • Ostrich Farm
    • Amazonia: The Lost Island of Dreams
    • The natural coastline of the Sint Joris Bay

    There are also several local restaurants in the area. Janine and André are happy to share their personal favorites.
